Sturgis Day 3

This morning Aug 4, I met up with my cousin Paul and his crew, Angel, Mike, Mark and. We left Spearfish at 9am and headed South down the interstate to Rapid City, then continued south on 79 to hwy 36 and over to Iron Mountain Road heading back North. When you approach from the south and go north you get to see MT Rushmore through the tunnels, very cool. the pictures don't do it justice.

After a stop closer to the monument we continued on to Hill City for lunch.

After lunch we continued to meander north towards Spearfish. Stoped by Pactola dam for my annual picture.

After that is was nemo road and Vanocker Canyon back to Sturgis Then on to Spearfish. About 225 miles for the day. Tomorrow I'm going into Sturgis at 10am to meet friends, hopefully get a nice ride in if the weather stays good. They say chance of showers.
