Garage Update

Slow but sure on the the garage build. I now have a pad ready for a slab and a driveway to get to it. After removing the trees and topsoil Jeff graded a nice area for the garage and cut in the driveway.

First load of gravel. 5 more would be needed to complete the project. Jeff starting to spread the gravel.

First Jeff got the pad graded level and at the thickness we wanted and then went on to finish the road up to it.

Gravel for the driveway plus a few extra yards for future needs.

Completed and staked out pad ready for concrete. Area to be seeded in grass for trailer parking.

Looking down the new driveway towards Chickadee Ln and up our driveway towards our house on the left and the new drive up the hill to the building site.

So far the drainage has been very good. I will have to keep an eye on it until it gets packed in better. I've spent a couple hours over 3 occasions packing it down with my truck.
