I've just got some randum pics from the last couple months.
This is how I build a fire in my stove.
Second layer. I use a product called Fatwood Fire starters. One piece down below and that is all I need.
Upper layer. Then one match.
and away we go. Once it gets started and I get an initial bed of coals I just keep adding to it. Before I know it it is 75 degrees in the house and the furnace does not come on.
Had a crazy Nov and Dec this year which ended up leaving us with a couple inches of hard froze snow and ice. When we started there was just a 4 foot wide path between the house and garage.
We got a few days of warm weather so the wife and I started removing it. We spent a couple hours a day for a few days and made huge progress.
After a couple days we had made good progress.
Sign I saw in a restaurant bathroom.
Nice sunset and the snow almost gone on March 8th.
By March 16th we had been dumped on by a total of about 14 inches of snow in like 9 days. The deer had to work hard for the accorns buried in the snow. Now on the 20th of march the snow is going fast. It was 55 degrees today.
Got my first new dual dated nickel yesterday, March 19th.
Thats all for now.
