Fall in northern Wisconsin

 Fall has come to northern Wisconsin. The leaves are changing fast and I hope to get out and take some more pics before they all come falling down.

Our house Monday Sept 21.

We got on the bike for a ride on tuesday the 22nd. We stopped here to check out the scenic overlook.

It's about 90 steps up to the top and the overlook.

Here we are at the top.

The view was super. The only issue was a little haze in the air.

Besides the great view there was a little history of the area. It was a perfect day for a ride.

The colors are starting to pop on Placid Lake.

A couple locals looking for a handout. There coats have changed from summer brown to winter grey. Hope to get out again in the next few days for some more pics from the area.
